Dipel Electronics Pvt. Ltd. manufactures a complete range of Ultrasound Doppler products for Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Vascular/Arterial and Neonates applications.
These instruments utilise the principle of Doppler Effect for their operation. A very low intensity ultrasound signal of 2 MHz is beamed into the body from the instrument probe which gets reflected from the foetal heart and blood particles. There is a slight shift in the frequency of the reflected ultrasound signal due to the movement of foetal heart and blood particles. The reflected signal received by the instrument is processed electronically to generate an audible signal related to the Doppler shift in the frequency. By studying this audible sound signal, it is possible to interpret it for various diagnostic applications as mentioned above.
